Black and Blue Meatballs | Easy Yet Fancy

These fancy meatballs are great for a quick weeknight meal that feels fancy. This recipe has all the flavors of an expensive steak dinner but at a fraction of the cost and with only a small amount of prep.

Meatballs are such a great quick dinner because you can pack in so much flavor. In these meatballs we add pine nuts, herbs de Provence for a subtle herbal note, and garlic. Simple ingredients but oh so flavorful.

One of my tricks to make the meatballs gluten free

Blue Cheese Sauce

The best thing about this recipe is the velvety blue cheese sauce. One of the unique things about this sauce is I use egg yolk to thicken it as opposed to thickening with flour. This method is naturally gluten free but it also makes a really silky texture.
