You can cook your potatoes in the Instant Pot in just 8 minutes under pressure and voila they are done. Once they are drained you can put them right back in the Instant Pot insert and use a hand mixer stick blender to puree the potatoes. It’s just that simple and only one dirty dish to clean up.
