Bibimbop is a tasty traditional Korean dish that is usually cooked with steak. In this version I've taken the ingredients and flavors and turned it into a quick weeknight bowl. I use ground beef in this version as cooks quickly and it's more economical.
Also instead of sautéing the vegetables individually I place them all in the pot in pot insert and drizzle with toasted sesame oil. It imparts the same flavors, but cooks much quicker than the traditional methods.
